Tina Day
Tina started her career in family law in 1987 in Portsmouth and has strong links with the family law community across the South Coast.
Tina is a member of Resolution and an accredited family law specialist. She is an accredited family mediator and trained to consult with children as part of the mediation process. Tina regularly works as part of a team of family experts assisting families to achieve long term solutions both for financial and child arrangements. Tina vigorously promotes maintaining or establishing good co-parenting relationships that are child focussed.
Tina recognises that not everyone can find their own solutions and sometimes decisions need to be made for the family. In those circumstances Tina will promote a wide range of alternatives to the court system.
Having started her practice in Portsmouth Tina has extensive experience of dealing with Armed Forces cases and is familiar with the range of Armed Forces pension schemes. She is also accustomed to working with business owners, has experience of farming cases and has worked on many cases involving brain injured clients.
