Helen Fitzsimons

Helen works exclusively where there are disputes concerning child arrangements.  She set up her own specialist practice in 2017, after having practiced in family law for over 20 years at a national firm, and can therefore offer a bespoke service around the needs of the families she works with.

Helen is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator and a member of Resolution, seeking to resolve matters outside of court wherever possible.  If court is necessary, Helen has significant experience and works with barristers and experts to support her clients through the process.
