Justin Lees

After qualifying in London, Justin worked for two years predominantly as a family law solicitor with the largest law firm on the Isle of Wight.  He then worked exclusively as a family law solicitor for three years leading to him working exclusively as a family law partner for 20 years with a law firm in Maidstone, Kent.

There he joined Resolution, became accredited with both the Law Society and Resolution and served as chairman of the Kent Injunction Network, chairman of the Maidstone Domestic Violence Forum, vice-chairman of the Mid-Kent Refuge, trustee of Victim Support Kent Ltd, chairman of the Maidstone Victim Support Branch, chairman of the West Kent Witness Service Branch, president of North and Mid Kent Relate and chairman of Resolution Kent.

Justin then set up his own specialist family law firm in Chichester in 2008 when he became chairman of Resolution West Sussex.

Since then, Justin has continued to work exclusively as a family law solicitor but in 2012 he also qualified initially as a family law mediator and then as a collaborative lawyer.
