Kristy Tidman

Kristy trained and qualified in London before moving to a local regional firm.  Kristy offers her clients a bespoke supportive service as co-founder of LK Family Law and Mediation Ltd.

Kristy is a specialist family solicitor covering all family law aspects. Kristy sits on the Resolution Collaborative Working Party as she is passionate that couples and families should be able to resolve matters with integrity and wants to educate and support family solicitors nationally to work in this way. Kristy is also on the Resolution West Sussex Committee which continues support local solciitors who she works with regularly.

Kristy is an accredited mediator and child inclusive mediator enabling her to assist many couples with their separation including finances and arrangements for the children.  Kristy thinks it is important that children are offered a voice where appropriate which in turn means a longer term solution is possible for families.

In addition Kristy is a trained collaborative lawyer which enables her to offer clients an alternative approach to a relationship breakdown.
