Clare Wiseman
Clare has been a family lawyer, and member of Resolution, for over 30 years and has practiced as a collaborative lawyer for a significant part of that. She is passionate about resolving any family-related matter in a collaborative and constructive way.
Now being head of the largest family law team in the country, Clare is able to draw on her experience of overseeing cases of any type, size and complexity – avoiding conflict wherever possible. She is described in the legal directories as ‘a seasoned professional, absolutely superb.’
Clare is a fellow of the prestigious International Academy of Family Lawyers which enables her to negotiate and resolve cases with an international dimension; be that in relation to financial matters, global family life or cross-border issues concerning children.
She also has particular expertise acting for sports professionals, police officers, entrepreneurs and clients requiring Pre-Nuptial agreements. Her experience as a mother of three children
of her own and as a trustee of local and national charities means that she brings huge experience in cases where children need to be at the heart of any discussion, settlement or agreement.
Clare works from offices in Chichester, Southampton, Brighton, Gatwick and London but is very happy to travel to meet the needs of her clients.
