Anna-Jane Spirit

Anna-Jane is a partner at Burley & Geach, based at the Petersfield office but she sees clients at both the Petersfield and Haslemere offices.  She is an experienced solicitor and mediator and a member of both the Law Society family panel and the family mediation panel.  In addition, since 2001, Anna-Jane has been accredited to undertake public funded mediation and, since 2008, has been recognised as a Resolution collaborative lawyer.

Anna-Jane deals with all aspects of family work, including children, finances, property, pensions, injunctions, divorce, cohabitants, living together agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreeements, separating couples, grandparents and deeds of separation.  Her expertise also extends to all issues mediation, including children, property and finance. Anna-Jane is trained to be able to see children direct within the mediation process where suitable, and is passionate about supporting clients to make their own decisions and agreements wherever possible and to avoid litigation unless absolutely necessary.
